    Cheapest price I could find for the items I wanted. Fast postage and I had a checkout problem which they were very responsive too and able to fix quickly. The only negative was they add a surcharge during the checkout process if you pay via credit card but this is not an uncommon practice for online retailers. I will definitely shop with them again if their price is still competitive.

    I was initially thinking of not coming back as an SSD I had purchased previously was also opened (I was aware of that one when I picked it up at purchase though and it has been fine since), but given the great service I have received I am happy to keep using them and am confident it is an issue with their supplier and not the store or staff. Highly recommended for their customer service following this experience.

    Bought 2 x desktop computers plus accessories. So impressed, only buy from Umart west Ryde. Not a wiz however, the staff have educated me on hardware, software, virus protection, cables, peripherals, etc After market service is brilliant, staff very engaging and knowledgeable. Prepared to share experiences.

    I wish I could do a company wide 1 star but cant. I placed an order on the 1st of december. I had some issues (My falut) With this order so I canceled and got credited for this order. On december 3 I placed an order using my credited funds, Got a dispatch email and everything seemed smooth sailing. Little did I know they had canceled that order with out sending me an email or anything. I reved no refund during this time. On friday december 9th I rang them up asking what was going on they said they had canceled it due to many orders place; And assurd me that it was be would be shipped on friday. Got a dispatch email and everything seemed perfect.

    Once again I didn't get the shipping information email so I called them up and asked what was going on. The first lady on the phone was almost useless so I asked to speak to a manager. This man was almost worst then the other lady. I asked what was going on with my order and he said it would be shipped on monday. After showing screen shots I had with "Patrick" He explained that once again it would be shipped on monday. This manager on the phone was as rude as they come. He would try and pass the blame onto me onto why this item had not been shipped in over a week and why I haven't been refunded. I even offered to pay for express shipping and they said "we don't do that". Now I know how simple it is to print a shipping label.

    Purchased a Core V71 case which ended up being opened and missing parts, however I was pleasantly surprised with the good customer service they provided to resolve the issue. The missing parts were replaced and I was given a small discount on the item.
