  Good customer service --> one of the DVDs we rented wasn't playing well, when we went to the shop, the area was having blackout, so the shopkeeper couldn't access their computer, but he promised he'll give our A/C a credit for our next rental. When we returned few days later, a credit had given to our A/C as he has promised

  Great service, great range of new release and classics. These guys always have a good variety of genres available. One of the last remaining Civic DVD Hire places in Sydney.
